How to submit

Three steps, in order.

   Download the official template

   ICAAIIA 2026 uses the official IJCA templates, because the proceedings are published by IJCA. Papers that do not follow the template are returned before review. Pick whichever you write in — the two produce identical output.

   Prepare your paper on A4 pages and keep the file under 10 MB.

2. 2

   Create your Microsoft CMT account

   A Microsoft CMT account, with a username and password, is necessary to submit a paper. One account per corresponding author. Register once, then use the same login for revisions and for the camera-ready file.

   Review is double-blind

   Remove author names, affiliations and acknowledgements from the manuscript you upload, and phrase citations of your own work in the third person — “Ahmed et al. showed” rather than “we showed in our earlier work”. CMT hides author identities from reviewers inside the system, but it does not edit your file: if your name is in the PDF, reviewers will see it.

   Enter every author and their current affiliation in the CMT form itself. That record is what we use for the proceedings, and it is never shown to reviewers.

3. 3

   Upload the manuscript as PDF

   All papers and invited session proposals must be submitted electronically through the submission portal. For review, PDF is the only accepted format. Embed all fonts and check that every figure stays legible in greyscale.

   PDF now, source files later

   The review copy is a PDF. If your paper is accepted, you then submit the camera-ready copy as MS Word DOC/DOCX or LaTeX, together with the signed IJCA copyright transfer form, by 1 November 2026.

Before you click submit

• The manuscript uses the official IJCA template on A4 pages.
• Author names, affiliations and acknowledgements are removed from the file.
• Self-citations are written in the third person.
• The file is a PDF with all fonts embedded, under 10 MB.
• Every author and their current affiliation is entered in the CMT form.
• The work is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
